Churches, funeral businesses and community organizations often help families gather the same materials: a portrait, obituary, order of service and a date that cannot move. A repeatable handoff can save the family from answering the same questions several times.

Our partner program is designed around approved organizations, clear service scope and a private partner key. It is not an automatic discount attached to any order that mentions a church.

Know which partner rate applies

Approved churches receive 15% off eligible service lines. Approved business partners receive 20%. The rates do not stack, and there is no monthly membership fee. Approval and a verified partner key are required before the order service applies the rate.

Shipping, local delivery, rush charges, taxes and hosting renewals are excluded. A partner approval is also separate from any tax-exempt or resale documentation; tell the studio about the order arrangement so tax treatment can be reviewed before payment. Do not subtract a discount from a retail estimate yourself and assume that it is a confirmed quote.

Name one organizer and one family approver

The organizer can gather the files, quantity and required handoff time. The family approver should check the person's name, dates, relationships, photographs and wording. If those are different people, write down which decisions belong to each.

Send one approved service order rather than several variations from different staff members. If a pastor, celebrant or director is still deciding the sequence, identify that item as pending. This is especially useful when a family is requesting a rush turnaround.

Use a consistent materials checklist

  • Finished program format, page count and quantity.
  • Required arrival date, time, location and contact.
  • Approved name, dates and obituary text, or a request for writing help.
  • Cover portrait and any additional photographs with permission to use them.
  • Service sequence, readings, music and speaker names.
  • Who will receive the proof and return one consolidated correction list.

Keep the family’s private materials in the approved order workspace or another agreed transfer channel. A private order key can open that order; share it only with the people who need access. A partner key should also stay private and should not be printed on public forms or website pages.

Confirm scope before offering a family a price

A standard template layout, substantial obituary rewriting and a long custom booklet are different amounts of work. Show the family an estimate that identifies the services you are requesting, then wait for studio confirmation of the final total and deadline.

For Lancaster, Palmdale and Rosamond events, include the destination and who will collect or receive the finished pieces. We confirm delivery availability personally. A partner rate does not reserve a rush slot or change the proof-approval requirements.

Start with an approved account

Apply for church or business partner access. Once approved, use the issued key in the quote process, check the itemized estimate and review the studio's confirmation before making a promise to the family. The program gallery is a useful way to help families choose a style without needing to prepare a finished layout first.
